Returns
We will take back anything we sell with a few exceptions-
- 20% re-stocking fee
- We cannot take back used or installed parts, even if only installed for fitment.
- Parts must be unused, uninstalled, resalable and in their original packaging.
- Engines must be returned in their entirety and must not have been used, run or raced. If Crower performance finds evidence of usage, excessive usage, over revving, valve wear or pump gas in the engine, it will not be accepted for return.
- Engine over rev is a common problem in racing , all valve train, Camshaft, connecting rod and crankshaft related components go thru extreme abuse in the higher rpm’s of racing. Crower performance can not warranty any type of components after a mis-use by over-revving an engine. The rev limiters are there for a reason. Never free rev any engine to the rev limiter since extreme damage can occur when the valves bounce open and hit the piston/head at top dead center.
- Please call us at 951-296-9669 or 877-951-2267 to arrange for any returned products. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We suggest the shipper/customer also take pictures of all parts, engines, etc they are sending back before sending them. Also get a tracking number or confirmation of delivery. Any parts, engines, etc that are shipped to us are the responsibility of the shipper / customer.
- We reserve the right not to accept any components, engines, etc. for return.
- Shipping and/or handling is also non-refundable and the responsibility of the Customer.
Warranty
Statement of Policy
- The warranties set forth below are made possible by Crower Performances production facilities. All Crower performance products are tested on our in house dynometer and proven on the track.
- Crower performance does not warrant performance of the products due to Crower performances lack of control during installation and usage. Warranty is void on any race application.
- Crower performance neither delegates nor authorizes any person(s) to assume obligations or liabilities on behalf of Crower Performance in connection with any Crower performance products or sales of Crower performance products or those of their vendors.
- Nothing in this statement shall alter or enlarge the terms of the warranties, obligations or liabilities issued with these products.
Warranty provisions
Applies to all camshafts, valve train components, engines and engine kits, pistons, rods, and other components sold by Crower performance.
Terms and Disclaimers
Crower performance warranties are void when said products in question have/has been physically altered, improperly installed or used or otherwise damaged due to no fault of Crower performance or has not been used for the said purpose it was intended or for which it was designed. In no case shall Crower performance be responsible for incidental or consequential damages occurred during operation or as a result of product failure. These warranties are not assignable or transferable. These warranties do not apply to reground camshafts or components used thereon. Under no circumstances is Crower performance responsible or liable for any other products that may be damaged or destroyed during operation due to Crower Performances lack of control during installation and operation. Crower Performance, LLC and Crower Performance Management LLC also advise that racing in any form is very dangerous and could result in serious physical injury or death. The performance products we manufacture and distribute will make your engine and machine more powerful. More power could result in an increased risk of serious injury or death. Please proceed at your own risk. Crower Performance, LLC and Crower Performance Management LLC are not responsible for any injury or death that may result from racing of any kind with our components, engines or race prep. Any dealer or consumer who purchases components, engines or services from Crower Performance LLC or Crower Performance Management, LLC agrees to hold both companies harmless in case of physical injury or death. Additionally any parent (s) who allows their minor child to race is assuming all risk from racing including but not limited to serious injury or death and understand the risks involved and agrees to hold Crower Performance LLC and Crower Performance Management LLC harmless.
Shipping
Crower performance only ships with UPS on at outgoing basis. Any incoming packages should be insured. Any shipping including returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- In stock orders ship within 2 business days of receiving the order.
- All ground orders do not have a guaranteed transit time
- UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes
- We cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock.
- Any shipping method available can be used via UPS. Overnight, 3 day, 2day, ground, etc.
- Shipping cut off is at 2pm (PST) each business day.
